The service
Quiz Showdown, operated by pigenai LLC, lets you create quizzes and host live multiplayer games. By using it you agree to these terms.
Credits & pricing
The product is pay‑per‑game with no subscription. Credits are purchased in packs (from $4.99 for 30 credits). Generating a quiz with AI costs 1 credit per 10 questions; running a quiz live costs 8 credits and unlocks up to 10 live games of that quiz. Uploading and reviewing your own quiz is free.
Refunds
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing hello@quizshowdown.live. Credits already spent on AI generation or a live game are non‑refundable, as the resource has been consumed.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the content of quizzes you create and host. Don't use the service for unlawful, hateful, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt the platform. Commercial and marketing use is permitted.
Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days.
